Technological basis of processing of serpentinite copper-gold ores in the Kyrgyz Republic

Annotation. The article is devoted to the development of an effective technology for processing serpentinite ores from Bozymchak deposit in Kyrgyz Republic. Based upon analysis mineralogical, physical and chemical parameters ore, authors set reasons decrease technological indicators existing concentrator determine concentrating properties reviewed resistant material by applying methods intensifying flotation process using additional collectors/depressors introducing mechanochemical activation pulp before flotation. In proposed flowsheet, main requirements flowsheet reagent suite are formed it acknowledged that increase grinding size, introduction selective copper collector depressor determines prospects improving “reagent” component determining factors task. Materials can be useful mining enterprises while involving bearing, magnesian order raw base complex.
